I have the desire but rarely the time to workout.  I do my morning walks, but even those get a little stale.  I refuse to go to the gym — my 20s were filled with Y pickup lines and hottie scoping, but I'm older now.  I have a family, I've settled down (sort of) ... and my body shows it.  I'll be darned if I'm going down without a fight, though. My art director, Heather, told me about iTrain, and life's different now.  Now that I know the option is out there, there's no room for any more excuses.  iTrain.com has tons of different workouts available for download onto your mp3 player.  Watch a quick intro video to get an idea of what the moves look like, and then off you go to the seclusion of your room to get physical.  My first go around, I downloaded one of the ballet sessions.  I consider myself coordinated. I used to be a gymnast, did a little dance. But my iTrain instructor WORE ME OUT!  Sore for days, but inspired to do it again.  And, these aren't just run-of-the-mill instructors.  These are celebrity trainers and Olympic athletes working you out.  That's no small (carb-free) potatoes!  Check it out for yourself.  Options are limitless — ballet, treadmill and bike workouts, circuit training, yoga, pilates, etc. etc. etc.  Download prices vary, but it's money well spent.
